Wow I am so sorry you are going through all this because of Ocean Dental botched work, and I hope you get the help you need! first for your health, and second for a way to sue Irma Gavaldon and her son, Andy, who owns half the business with her, as well as some apartment buildings owned together.I thought nothing could be worse than the job they did on me.

But your situation is worse. And since you are interested here is a little background on Irma Gavaldon I have discovered through after the fact due diligence. She did not teach at the University of Michigan, nor did she study any dental technique in the US. She took theoretical courses in the US and was a teaching assistant in the dental school lab. The university trusted her Mexican training.

She had to leave Canada for practicing illegally without a Canadian dental license, and wanted to be sure to be able to pass her US Dental license exam and so completed a master's degree theoretical research program at the University of Michigan. You can look her name up in various places on the internet including the University website alumni, and you can write to the Canada Dental Association And they will tell you she Is not on their list of dentists who ever practiced in Canada.

I know because I wrote to Canada Dental Association myself, asking what years she practiced dentistry in that country. They wrote back not saying she never practiced in Canada, but they did say she is not on their list of dentists who ever practiced in Canada.Good luck and thank you for sharing your experience.
